MASP consists of two separate buildings. This plaza lies underneath the smaller one and has everything you could want in a public space: beautiful architecture; a view over a hill towards the massive concrete jungle of São Paulo; lounge chairs; a strolling security guard; and of course, an inaccesible red ramp that leads to nowhere.
